The Coming Back Out Ball

A special digital event hosted by Karen Dunbar and Jamie Rea

Online on 26 June at 6.30pm

Presented by the National Theatre of Scotland and All The Queens Men, in partnership with Eden Court and Luminate and in association with Glasgow City Council

The Coming Back Out Ball is the culmination of a two-year project engaging with LGBTI+ elders across Scotland, designed to be a gift to this community, and paying tribute to their resilience.

The Ball is a virtual, participatory event and will involve dancing, chatting to guests at your virtual Zoom table plus fabulous entertainment from a host of Scottish LGBTI+ icons including Horse, performance poet Dean Atta, Maggie Kinloch, Bogha Frois, Malin and playwright and performer Jo Clifford.

The Coming Back Out Ball will take place on Zoom. Closer to the event date, we will send out a link to join us via Paperless Post. You will also receive by post in advance of the 26th your 'Ball in a Box'. To guarantee your spot, be sure to RSVP to your Paperless Post invite.

Running time: 3 hours. Audience members are welcome to come and go throughout the evening.
