The email confirmation will be sent to the nominated email address with details on how to redeem the voucher. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Please note: Gift vouchers can only be redeemed for tickets or merchandise sold on nationaltheatrescotland.com. You will not be able to use your gift voucher for tickets sold directly by venues.
