In this episode Veronika talks about spaces at home where you might perform your show. She explores different rooms and thinks about the household items you could use in these spaces. She shows you how to make your own theatre model box to help you with your ideas and speaks to director Tassos Stevens whose own theatre piece went to a very exciting space… outer space!

For this episode you’ll need scissors and a cardboard box.

Please remember to get an adult to help you when using scissors. Please also ask an adult for permission first if you want to make your show in the bathroom. And don’t take any electronic equipment into the bathroom - like Veronika says, you can use natural light, or a phone for music.

Also - the book that Veronika recommends to read is The Borrowers by Mary Norton. There is a film version of the book as well. It is very good!
