About Brian Ferguson
After graduating from The Royal Conservatoire (then The Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama), Glasgow, in 2001, Brian began performing throughout Scotland in theatres such as The Citizens,The Tron and The Arches, Glasgow, Perth Rep and The Traverse, Edinburgh.
Previous work with National Theatre of Scotland includes Black Watch and Anything That Gives Off Light (The Team) and was an Artistic Associate with the company in 2008/2009.
Brian spent several years as a Company Associate with Poorboy, the Arbroath based theatre company which specialises in site-specific and promenade performance. In addition to his work in Scotland, Brian has performed at The Royal Court, The Bush, The Almeida and the National Theatre in London. He has also worked extensively with The Royal Shakespeare Company and The Globe.
In 2014, he played the title role in Hamlet for The Citizens Theatre production, directed by Dominic Hill.
