Renny Krupinski

Renny is an internationally renowned fight director as well as an award-winning actor, director and writer. Recent works include The Hard Man, The Three Musketeers and The Princess of Spain and King Lear.

He regularly works for The RSC, The National Theatre, West Yorkshire Playhouse, Hull Truck, Oldham Coliseum, Sheffield Crucible and created 90% of the fights for The Royal Exchange and 100% for the Library Theatres, Manchester for over 20 years.

Recent TV credits include Emmerdale (with the social media & press accolade of “Best punch ever”), Coronation Street, Hollyoaks and the BBC. Renny won an Edinburgh Fringe First in 2010 with his play Bare as well as a best actor nomination from The Stage and a Dark Chat best director award. In 2015 his one-woman play, The Alphabet Girl, was awarded a Manchester Theatre Award for Best Fringe Performance and a National Studio Award for Best Performance and his latest play. Renny wrote The Bill for 3 years and has also written many BBC Radio 4 comedies. He is the voice & face of Oblivion at Alton Towers.
