Fletcher Mathers
About Fletcher Mathers
Fletcher was born in Scone, attended National Youth Theatre in London for two years and trained at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in Glasgow.
She has appeared in To Begin, The 306 Day, The Reason I Jump,Shift and First Snow with National Theatre of Scotland and has enjoyed a wide and varied career in theatre all over the U.K. and overseas as an actor, writer and musician.
Throughout lockdown most of her time was spent, co-creating, filming and appearing in digital musical programmes for young people, her favourite being The Music Farm in which she played Moira the Heilan Coo. She is a founding member of the Scots language theatre company Braw Clan and for seventeen years has been the on-train announcer for all trains in Scotland.
