Ferry Tales Community Rehearsals

Ferry Tales celebrates the waters surrounding Scotland’s western isles and the voyages across them made by thousands of locals, workers and visitors each year.

With the help of local communities and world class artists, Ferry Tales brings a heartfelt story, told using English, Gaelic and BSL (British Sign Language), to three of Scotland’s major ferry routes: Wemyss Bay – Rothesay, Oban – Craignure, and Ullapool – Stornoway.

Perhaps you are in a local choir, part of a local band, society or club? We’re looking for people to get involved in our community performances, creating a 10 minute soundscape to welcome passengers as they disembark from the ferries on to the islands.

Come along to our community rehearsals to find out more. You can book in for a rehearsal below or you can just turn up on the night.
