Engine Room: Mindfulness for Artists

A session for artists, exploring mindfulness, industry related stress, and creating a mindful practice. Participants will learn simple tools and practices to bring to their practices during high pressure times, ahead of the busy summer Festival season.

This session is delivered by Jim Ewing. Jim Ewing has taught mindfulness and compassion practices for over 5 years in a variety of settings including community, education, and business. Jim is an experienced teacher registered with the UK Mindfulness Network, a teacher member of the Mindfulness Association, and listed on the Mental Health Foundation’s Be Mindful Website.
