In this episode Veronika looks at movement for your performance. She speaks to choreographers Lucy Ireland and Jim Manganello about dance and movement and how it makes them feel. Veronika shows you how you can put your own movement sequence together at home using five different moves.

Each episode focuses on a different area of the arts, building up each week, so that by the end of the series, you have all the ingredients to make a piece of theatre to be performed in your own home.
