We are a theatre without walls and have imagination without limits.

We are seeking a Programme Director to lead the producing and planning of the National Theatre of Scotland’s dynamic and diverse annual programme of productions and projects and develop our Producing Team to deliver this programme. At this crucial time for the theatre sector, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the company’s future and contribute to the cultural life of Scotland. We are looking for candidates with excellent and relevant experience at a senior level, who are innovative, strategic, collaborative, and flexible.
