1: Registering for the Portal
To register for access to view filmed productions through the portal you must currently be a teacher, educator or a pupil/student. Simply fill out the form linked here with the relevant information to register.
Upon completion, you will be able to request access to selected filmed productions, which can be viewed while logged in to your account on our website.
2: Logging in.
To request access to available productions, you must be logged into our website with the same email you completed the portal registration above with.
To log-in, click on the "My Account" button at the top of the page. If you have an existing account simply enter the email address and password it was set up with. If you are logging into the website for the first time please click the "forgotten password" link and follow the instructions below.


3. Resetting Your Password.
You will be asked to enter your email here. Please ensure your email address is the same one you used to register for the education portal, that it is entered correctly and that it doesn't include any spaces, or you may not receive the reset password email.
Once entered, press the "Request Password" button, and you will be sent an email with further instructions and a link to reset your password.
Please only click the reset password button once. If you do so more than once it will send multiple reset password emails. Only the link in the most recent of these emails will work.
This will send an automatically generated email including a link for you to reset your password.
- If this doesn't appear in your inbox within a few minutes, please check that it is not in your junk or spam mailbox.
- If it doesn't appear in either of these inboxes, please ensure that the following address is whitelisted within your email security settings and try again.

Once you receive this email, follow the link, where you will be able to enter a new password.

4. Setting your password
Once you receive this email, follow the link where you will be able to enter a new password. Alternatively copy the code and paste it into the 'Temporary Password' box on the Forgotten Password page. After this you will see the Set Your Password page, and can change it to something more memorable.



6. Booking 1 year membership
A quick booking process will apply a 1 year membership to your account, which will then allow you to freely watch the film during that time. Simply complete the free booking steps using the Book Now button to apply the membership. Though you will be taken through similar steps to purchasing a ticket, you will not be charged at any time during the process.
Once complete the film will be freely viewable at the link indicated. You will also be sent a confirmation email that includes the link to view the production.

7. Watching The Film
You can press the play button on the video to begin the film, which will look similar to below. You will be able to pause and rewind the video as you like.

Frequently Asked Questions
I’ve signed in but I still can't access the film
Make sure you’re logged in using the email you have registered through the education portal with. You should have received a confirmation email to this address when you originally completed the registration.
How long will I be able to access the filmed production for?
From the point of requesting access you will be able to view the film for 1 year.
Once my access expires can I request it again?
Yes, you are not limited in the number of times you can request access to a particular film. Simply complete the request access process from Step 5 onwards to renew your 1 year membership.
Can I have access to multiple productions at one time?
We have selected productions available to request at any one time, but you are not limited in the number of those that you can have access to at once.
How can I watch on my classroom TV or screen?
You can connect your computer or mobile device to your TV using an HDMI lead.
My video looks a bit fuzzy and low quality
The film quality depends on your available network bandwidth at any moment.
You can click the gear symbol on the video to see the streamed rate 240p is the lowest quality. You can select a higher quality and see if your stream quality improves – you may have to give this a few seconds.
How do I make my video full screen?
An arrow to do this will be available bottom right, as soon you start the video.
