A series of short films followed by a Q&A session with Sean Logan and Andrew Robertson.

Films include

Harmonic Spectrum

A film about Edinburgh-based pianist Sean Logan, produced and directed by Austen McCowan & Will Hewitt.

In Harmonic Spectrum Sean shares how the piano helps him to navigate life and collaborate musically.

Glitch

A new film by Andrew Robertson.

I am born in a world where everything is normal. And I don’t even like the word ‘normal’, or even, ‘reality’.

Free Improvisation

This film by Sonic Bothy captures their live set from Tusk Festival, Sage Gateshead in October 2019. The ensemble plays a free improvisation - a completely unfixed piece, played in the moment, with no pre-composed or pre-arranged elements of the music.

The musicians involved are Adam Green, Allan Wright, Andrew Robertson, Ali Robertson, Claire Docherty, Sonia Allori, Nichola Scrutton.
