Fletcher Mathers

Fletcher trained at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama (Royal Conservatoire Scotland) and since then has worked in theatre all over the UK. Her previous work with the National Theatre of Scotland includes The 306: Day, To Begin…. in Wigtown and Forres. Her theatre work includes Hamlet (Citizens, Glasgow), Death and the Maiden, Macbeth (Mull Theatre), Whisky Galore (Perth Theatre/The Lyceum Edinburgh) and Girlfriends (Oldham Coliseum /Playhouse Theatre, London). She has toured the west coast of America with The Pasadena Roof Orchestra as their lead female vocalist and dancer. She has co-written five pantomimes for the Tron Theatre, Glasgow. Fletcher is the Project Director for Limelight Music, which aims to enhance and change the lives of people through music, drama and story-telling. She has appeared in numerous television programmes and she has been the on-train announcer for Scotrail for over 10 years.
