Head of Producing

We are seeking to appoint a Head of Producing to be responsible, in consultation with the Programme Director, for the delivery of National Theatre of Scotland’s annual programme of productions and projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the company’s future and contribute to the cultural life of Scotland. We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate that they have the skills and abilities to deliver our productions by being collaborative, flexible and committed.

DETAILS

Annual salary: £40,000 per annum
Status: Fixed Term contract to 31 May 2020
Holiday entitlement: 34 days per annum (including public holidays)
Probationary period: 1 month
Notice period: 1 month
Hours of work: 35 hours per week and as necessary to fulfil the scope of responsibilities within the post.
Additional hours: To be agreed in advance including attendance at National Theatre of Scotland performances, rehearsals and meetings out with office hours
Place of work: Based in National Theatre of Scotland’s base, Rockvilla, in Glasgow.
Pension: The Company makes an 8% contribution into the company’s group personal pension plan on condition that the employee makes a minimum contribution of 4%.
