Creative Trainee (12 month Fixed Term Contract)

We are seeking a Creative Trainee with fresh ideas that will appeal to audiences of young people. This new role is an opportunity for you to help us develop ideas and bring a new perspective to our work.

Under new leadership, we are entering a dynamic new phase at Rockvilla, our new creative hub. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the company’s future and contribute to the cultural life of Scotland.

DETAILS

Annual salary:                        £17,095

Status:                                        12 month Fixed Term Contract

Holiday entitlement:           34 days per annum (including public holidays) 

Probationary period:           1 month

Notice period:                         1 month

Pension:                                  The Company makes an 8% contribution into the company’s group personal pension plan on condition that the employee makes a minimum contribution of 4%.

Place of Work:                       Based in National Theatre of Scotland’s office in Glasgow but will be expected to attend events, performances and briefings wherever there is or expected to be a Company presence

Hours of work:                      35 hours per week and as necessary to fulfil the scope of responsibilities within the post.

Additional Hours:                 Attendance at National Theatre of Scotland performances, rehearsals and meetings out with office hours
