Company Manager

We are seeking to appoint a Company Manager who will be responsible for recruiting and managing all our Stage Managers working and for managing, supporting and advising all Company Members during their time with us.  This varied and exciting role will suit someone with proven experience with the ability to be thorough and accurate in all aspects of their work and who is excited by theatre.

DETAILS

Annual salary: Up to £37,000, commensurate with level of experience
Status: Permanent
Holiday entitlement: 34 days per annum (including public holidays) pro rata
Probationary period: 6 months
Notice period: 3 months
Hours of work: 35 hours per week and as necessary to fulfil the scope of responsibilities within the post.
Additional Hours: To be agreed in advance including attendance at National Theatre of Scotland performances, rehearsals and meetings out with office hours
Place of work: Based in National Theatre of Scotland’s offices, Rockvilla, 125 Craighall Road, Glasgow, G4 9TL, but will be expected to attend events, performances and briefings wherever there is or expected to be a Company presence.
Pension: The Company makes an 8% contribution into the company’s group personal pension plan on condition that the employee makes a minimum contribution of 4%.
