National Theatre of Scotland Artistic Development

The Artistic Development team is constantly searching for the country’s most exciting theatre artists and companies to build relationships with.

To find these artists we attend a wide range of performances, read scripts, run workshops, and meet people. Once we’re excited by an artist or company’s body of work we will cultivate a relationship with them through a range of development activities to generate the most thrilling ideas for production.
